Art Therapy Sessions

Alison offers individual art therapy to adults in a garden studio in Folkestone. A wide range of art materials is available for use and therapy sessions are 50 minutes. 

Alison will begin by offering an assessment to learn what you would like support with and to talk more with you about the service she offers. She hopes to offer an approach that addresses difficulties, whilst allowing a moving forward and letting go of things that may no longer serve. Art making can feel daunting at first, so Alison will help you to feel comfortable, however you choose or do not choose, to make use of the materials.

Alison hopes for all her clients that through the therapy process a greater sense of self-acceptance and personal wellbeing in life will emerge.

She is situated within a short walking distance of Folkestone West station and bus stops. Street parking is available.

Alison can also offer external art therapy and yoga workshops and has experienced running art therapy open studio groups with adults.
